Refund policy

Returns  
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Products that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or have been altered after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items  
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. This includes gift cards, downloadable products, personalized or custom-made items, and any items marked as final sale. These items are not eligible for a return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges  
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
